Training for Professionals
Soldier Suicide Prevention partial scholarships are available to participants in the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Workshops at Beck Institute (future workshops: November 2009; February, March, June, July 2010).

Apply for a Training Scholarship
To apply for a partial scholarship for a Cognitive Behavior Therapy Workshop at Beck Institute, please begin by filling out an online application (have your CV ready to upload before you begin). In a separate email to education@beckinstitute.org, please attach a one-page cover letter stating your current experience treating soldiers (current or veteran), the basis of your need for financial assistance, and how you expect to apply the training in the future (and please write “Soldier Suicide Prevention” in the subject line). If you prefer to mail your letter, please send to attention “Soldier Suicide Prevention,” Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research, One Belmont Avenue, Suite 700, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 USA.
The amount of assistance will be based on availability of funds and determination of need. You will be informed of the Education Committee’s decision as soon as it is available.
GROUP RATES: For groups of three or more colleagues applying for partial scholarships for the same CBT workshop, an additional tuition reduction might apply. If you will be part of a group of three or more, please send the names of your colleagues and the intended date of the workshop to education@beckinstitute.org.
